This website may be different than most. My strong view is that producers need all the information that they can get about their industry. Therefore, my purpose in creating this site is simply to share with producers some of the data and analyses that I have gathered and created over the last several years as well as some of the articles I have written. For example, there is information about beef carcass grading on this site that is not available anywhere else. Under the Cattle Cycle tab I have included an interactive analytical tool which may be of some help to producers. Unlike producers who are busy with the business of beef production, I have had the time, especially since retirement, to analyse the industry at my leisure and have simply decided to share this information in the hope that it may broaden industry knowledge.
